Talk to us
One address for everything — questions, bug reports, feature requests, press:
Reporting a bug
The most useful report names the tool, the browser and OS, what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected. One important note: never email us the file itselfif it's sensitive — we don't need it, and the whole point of this site is that your files stay with you. The file's type, size, and rough characteristics ("a 300-page scanned PDF") are almost always enough to reproduce a problem.
Requesting a tool or feature
Tell us the job, not just the feature — "I need to cut a two-hour recording into per-speaker segments" is more buildable than "add AI." The tools that exist today started as requests shaped like that.
We read everything. Replies typically take a few days.
